Chanel Jaali

Chanel Jaali Marshall is our sexual health correspondent. Her main focus will be creating discussion about relationships, sex, and sexuality!
She is an independent researcher and sexual educator mainly focusing on the topics of sexual development, sexual attitudes and behaviors, and reproductive rights of women of African descent. She is a graduate of Georgia State University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology. She is currently a graduate student at Capella University, where she is completing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She is also the founder and CEO of Jaali Co, a company that specializes in sex education for adults. Her research has been presented at The National Council for Black Studies Conferences in 2008 and 2009, the AYA conference at Temple University, and the BGSA conference at Northwestern University. Additionally, she is a professional dancer and instructor in Atlanta, GA. In her spare time, Chanel enjoys traveling, reading, sewing, and meeting new people.
