Health vs. Wellness

Health is a word  often associated with good fitness while wellness is the state of being enabling you to reach your fullest potential. Wellness includes intellectual, social, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects.

Are you healthy but lacking the wellness facet of life? Or, are you fit in the wellness department and lacking in health?

Make a conscious effort to do more than build your physical body but to also uplift your intrapersonal being.  For every hour that we spend in the gym working on our body, we should also spend two hours with good friends or family, reading and giving praise to someone higher than ourselves.

This is the good life that we are all capable of living. Go for it, you deserve it!!!!
